The crew has been hard at work finishing up the electrical, plumbing, heating and sprinkler systems. The insulation is starting to go up as well as a few of the doors. This Friday, the plan is to pour the concrete floor in the kitchen.
The crew has started insulating the walls as well as preparing the outside of the building for stucco. Check out the gas fireplace installed as well as some view inside the walls of the Centerhouse.
With the roof now installed, the crew has been busy the last few weeks framing the interior walls of the building. The numerous subcontractors on the project have also recently started installing the electrical system, the sprinkler system, metal on the roof and the heating and cooling ductwork.

There was lots of action on the construction site today. The morning was spent unloading and assembling the trusses for the roof. The afternoon brought the installation of 3 of the 6 trusses that are needed for the building. Check out the progress in the photo gallery below:
