Over the past weeks, the interior of the Centerhouse has been painted. Along with the new coat of paint, the 5 garage doors around the perimeter of the building are being installed. The kitchen is another area of activity. The crew has laid the tile in the kitchen and dish room as well as installed the new walk-in fridge and freezer. Check out the rest of the progress in this photo gallery below.
Around the exterior of the building, the crew has been pouring concrete slabs in front of doors as well as sidewalks. The concrete floor for the dining room portion of the building is scheduled to be poured this upcoming Friday. After that, the crew will start installing the kitchen equipment.

Check out this latest video of the progress on the Centerhouse. The crew is finishing the drywall, working on the decking and painting the downstairs.

The kitchen, bathroom and storage room concrete floors were poured today. Also, the outside of the building is coming along with doors and siding going up.

The crew has been hard at work finishing up the electrical, plumbing, heating and sprinkler systems. The insulation is starting to go up as well as a few of the doors. This Friday, the plan is to pour the concrete floor in the kitchen.

The crew has started insulating the walls as well as preparing the outside of the building for stucco. Check out the gas fireplace installed as well as some view inside the walls of the Centerhouse.

With the roof now installed, the crew has been busy the last few weeks framing the interior walls of the building. The numerous subcontractors on the project have also recently started installing the electrical system, the sprinkler system, metal on the roof and the heating and cooling ductwork.
